HOTPRINT / Privacy

Your information.Clarity from us.

How HotPrint handles personal data on the website: which data, for what purpose, for how long, and your rights.

Clarity in what we share.
  1. Only with your consent

    Analytics and advertising run only if you consent, asked separately for each purpose.

  2. A clear retention period

    Each kind of data has its own retention period, stated in this policy.

  3. Your rights

    Access, correct, delete or withdraw consent: send your request to Info@HotPrint.vn.

This policy explains how HotPrint handles your personal data when you visit hotprint.vn: which data, for what purpose, for how long, and which rights you have. Updated 5 November 2026.

1. Who is responsible for the data

The controller is Công Ty TNHH Tập Đoàn Hoàng Thị (brand HotPrint), tax code 3600693834, address 9B Đường 1A, KCN Biên Hòa 2, Đồng Nai, Vietnam.

For personal data matters, contact us by email at Info@HotPrint.vn or by phone on 0903.032.686. General contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the website hotprint.vn. The site has no user accounts, no forms for sending information and no online payment, so it collects no personal information in those ways.

Orders under 1,000 units are directed to PrintUp (printup.vn) and handled under PrintUp's own policy.

3. Data we process and why

Necessary for the site to work

Your cookie choice and a random consent ID are kept in your browser storage for up to 6 months, or until the consent version changes. This data keeps the site working and remembers your choice. Always on.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and content performance as aggregated figures. We turn this measurement on only if you consent.

With your consent, we use the Meta pixel to measure advertising performance and to show more relevant ads on Meta's platforms. We turn it on only if you consent; this applies only while the site uses the Meta pixel.

Site security

To protect the site, we record suspicious requests only. Each record contains the IP address, a technical browser fingerprint, the requested path and a redacted copy of the request. Normal visits are not recorded.

This data is stored in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, close to Vietnam, for 90 days; blocked addresses are kept until the block is lifted. It is used only to protect the site, never for marketing, and it is shared with no one except the infrastructure provider that stores it for HotPrint (section 6).

When you accept or decline, we store a record with a random consent ID, your choices, the consent version and the time of your choice. The record contains no IP address, browser information or device fingerprint. It lets us show your choice when needed and handle a request to withdraw consent. It is kept for 24 months.

Contacting us by Zalo, Messenger, email or phone

When you message, call or email HotPrint yourself, we handle what you send and your contact details to answer you and discuss your needs. The website does not collect this information; it reaches us directly through the channel you choose.

4. Basis for processing

  • Analytics and advertising: your consent, requested separately for each purpose. You can decline and still use the site normally.
  • Necessary data and security data: the need to operate and protect the site.
  • Contact: you send the information yourself in order to get an answer.

5. Behavioural data may be sensitive data

Data that tracks online behaviour, such as the pages you view or how you interact with the site and with ads, may be treated as sensitive personal data. That is why we collect this kind of data only with your consent, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Who receives data

  • Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): analytics measurement, with your consent.
  • Meta Platforms (Meta pixel): advertising measurement and delivery, with your consent.
  • Cloudflare: the site's infrastructure, including hosting, the content database and media storage in the Asia-Pacific region, and the edge network.
  • Zalo and Facebook Messenger: only when you choose to open them; their own policies apply.

HotPrint does not sell personal data.

7. Processing outside Vietnam

Website data (content, consent records and security data) is stored by Cloudflare in the Asia-Pacific region, which is outside Vietnam. Requests to the website also pass through Cloudflare's global edge network.

Analytics and advertising data may be processed outside Vietnam by Google and Meta Platforms. This kind of data arises only if you consent.

8. How long we keep data

  • Cookie choice and consent ID in your browser: up to 6 months, or until the consent version changes.
  • Consent record on our server: 24 months.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months.
  • Advertising data: at most 180 days.
  • Security data: 90 days; blocked addresses are kept until the block is lifted.
  • What you send by Zalo, Messenger, email or phone: kept for as long as needed to talk with you and handle your request, then deleted when no longer needed, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

9. Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is processed;
  • give or withdraw consent;
  • access your data;
  • correct your data;
  • ask for your data to be deleted;
  • ask us to restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • lodge a complaint.

Send your request to Info@HotPrint.vn. For a request about consent, please include the consent ID shown in the "Cookie settings" panel so that we can find the right record.

Response times

  • Acknowledgement and guidance on the procedure: within 2 working days.
  • Withdrawing consent, restricting or objecting to processing: 15 days, or 20 days if a processor or third party must be asked to stop processing.
  • Access, correction or provision of data: 10 days, or 15 days if a processor or third party must be asked.
  • Deletion of data: 20 days, or 30 days if a processor or third party must be asked.

For a complex request we may extend the time once and will tell you the reason. The extension is at most 15 days for withdrawing consent, restriction or objection; 10 days for access, correction or provision; and 20 days for deletion.

You can review, change or withdraw your choices at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. The settings panel shows your consent ID; use it when you contact us about your consent.

11. Updates to this policy

This policy was updated on 5 November 2026. When there is a material change, we raise the consent version and ask for your consent again.
