02 / OUR WORK, FROM WITHIN

One finished piece.
Many things working together.

Packaging is the outcome of a whole process. From listening to the brief to the final detail on paper.

  1. Hands that understand paper.

Operators and finishing teams turn artwork into details that can be held, opened and used.

  2. One connected workflow.

From the brief to the approved sample and finished piece, clear information gives each next stage its foundation.

  3. Matched to the structure.

Printing and finishing choices depend on materials, structure, intended use and each packaging brief.

  4. Care in the small details.

Agree on colour, content, structure and finishing criteria to establish a reference for production checks.

03 / THE PACKAGING JOURNEY

Clarity at every stage.
Continuity to the finished piece.

A workflow from brief to handover. The sequence and approval points are agreed around each order’s structure, material and requirements.

  1. Understand the brief

Start with the product, how it will be used, estimated quantities and brand goals. Share photographs, dimensions or a reference sample. Missing information is discussed to clarify the scope before a production approach is chosen. ✓Agree on requirements & inputs

  2. Structure & artwork

Review dimensions, materials, layout and printed content together. Artwork needs to be checked against the packaging structure so important details are not missed. The scope of samples and approvals is agreed for each project before production. ✓Confirm artwork & sample scope

  3. Print to the brief

The print approach depends on the artwork, material and order requirements. Content, colour and placement are compared with the agreed reference. Particular colour or surface requirements should be clarified during the technical discussion. ✓Compare content & print colour

  4. Form & finish

Printed sheets move through the stages appropriate to the packaging structure, from forming to assembly and finishing details. Surfaces, folds, joins and accessories are considered together so the finished piece suits the intended use discussed in the brief. ✓Review structure & finishing details

  5. Review the finished piece

Review finished pieces against the agreed criteria: content, appearance, colour and the usability of the structure. Items needing attention are discussed, sorted and addressed before handover. Any business-specific acceptance requirements should be shared early. ✓Compare with approved criteria

  6. Pack & hand over

Agree on outer packing, sorting, carton labels and delivery information for the order. Delivery dates and transport arrangements are confirmed individually. Clear handover information helps purchasing and warehouse teams receive and count the finished packaging. ✓Confirm packing & delivery arrangements
