02 / APPLICATIONS & STRUCTURES
The right form.
The right expression.
From a closed front to a window or hanging tab. Start with how your product is seen, picked up and opened.
An uninterrupted front
Space for your identity. Premium Durian presents its identity on a continuous front.

A window to the product
Let the product be seen. The Wesser sample features a front window. Discuss its size and product protection for your application.

A carton with a hang tab
Another way to display. The GE UltraPro sample has a top hanging tab. Check the structure against the actual product weight and display method.

05 / BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few things
worth knowing.
A little preparation makes the first conversation more useful.
What do I need for a quotation?
Share the product, dimensions, weight, estimated quantity and reference images. Include your artwork if available so HotPrint can discuss a suitable approach and provide an individual quotation.
Do you need a physical product to make a carton sample?
Length, width and height are a starting point. For unusual shapes or internal support requirements, discuss sending the actual product to check the fit and opening experience.
Where do I start without finished artwork?
Share your logo, print content, colour direction and references. HotPrint will discuss the design scope and any information needed before work begins.
What are the minimum quantity and production time?
These depend on the structure, materials, finishing and order quantity. HotPrint confirms them after reviewing your brief; no single requirement applies to every sample.
Can a reference design be adapted?
The photographs show existing samples from HotPrint’s library. Ask about adapting the size and presentation to your own product and identity; structure and artwork are agreed before production.
