What your request means
A quote request or consultation proposal starts a conversation with HotPrint. Completing a form or sending an email does not place an order, approve production specifications or confirm an appointment.
In this version, “Continue by email” prepares the details in your email application. Review them, attach any documents and send the email yourself. The website has no server-side request intake, file upload or automatic receipt notification.
Prepared is different from sent
The page status only indicates that email details have been prepared. If your email application cannot open, copy the details and use an appropriate contact channel.
Discussion and quotations
Share the available information about the product, packaging category, dimensions, quantity and intended use. For unknown details, state that advice is needed or leave optional fields blank.
Specifications, materials, artwork, quantity, price, timing and handoff arrangements need project-specific discussion. Library photographs illustrate structures and presentation; they are not default specifications or quotations for your product.
If your request changes, identify the amendment and reference version. Ordering scope, payment and contractual obligations are handled under separate agreements; this guide does not introduce a deposit rate, quotation validity period or new contract terms.

Consultations
Consultation proposals
Your preferred date, time window, timezone, format and location require HotPrint confirmation. Check the date and time in the selected timezone together and agree on the meeting location or connection details.
The website does not show confirmed availability or automatically send meeting invitations. Preparing or sending an email does not book an appointment; in-person meetings or factory visits need prior arrangements.
Propose a consultation
Files and artwork
Share images, content and documents you are entitled or authorised to provide for the project discussion. Distinguish references from the artwork intended for production, and avoid unrelated documents or personal information.
Files in the form
PDF/JPG/PNG, up to three files, each no larger than 10 MB. The website checks the selection and lists filenames in the email; it does not upload file contents or automatically attach them.
Sending by email
Attach the documents in your email before sending. For other artwork formats or larger files, discuss a suitable handoff channel with HotPrint.
Version and approval
Identify the filename, version and review points. Providing a file is not automatic print approval; content, structure and production references need project-specific agreement.

Contact and amendments
To add information, clarify arrangements or discuss an issue with a request, use the email or telephone below. Identify the request type, approximate sending date and relevant reference or version to help locate the discussion.
If you are unsure whether an email was sent or an appointment confirmed, check your email application or contact HotPrint before treating the step as completed. This page does not invent a request reference or receipt status in place of a real intake system.
